Management
To buy it’s quite easy but all problems begin when you are left alone and you need help with some problems ..you need a plumber, cleaner or simply you expect your family to come down and you need help to organize nice stay for them. For all clients we offer “after sales service” for yearly management which includes:
- visit once every 2 weeks to refresh property and check if everything is in order
- mail control
- control of cleaning, gardener
- translations during meetings with employees
- car restarting
- any aid in the removal of failure, the need for medical appointments, etc.
Extra services: cleaning, repairing, collecting from airport ,night and weekend help with translations from accidents, hospital, police is charged by hourly rates
We also offer supervision of construction
